• The direct drive belt is like the chain on your bike, there’s no set ride time or mileage to indicate when it’s time for service. It all depends on how many hours you ride and how many watts the trainer is resisting.
• The more you ride, the harder you push, the sooner the belt will need to be replaced. You know the time has come when the belt teeth no longer line up, which can be diagnosed by a popping noise.
